We have the only beach on the lake with crushed white marble sand, beach recliners, free boats (canoes, kayaks, rowboat and new sailboat), a water trampoline, two swim rafts, one raft has two beach recliners mounted on it for your complete relaxation, free dock space, volleyball, badminton, a Wiffleball field and batting cage all on 12 acres of white pine and oak trees.
Loon Lodge vacation rental has four spacious bedrooms (2 kings and 4 twin beds)with views of the widest section of Lake Winni and the mountains. The cottage also has a fireplace and 3 full baths including one handicapped accessible. This rental sleeps 4 to 8 guests comfortably. Master bedroom has outstanding views. All rentals have 2 T.V.s, DVDs, microwaves, stoves and refrigerators, and heaters. You can burn all the wood you wish to in our fireplaces. Golf and tennis are only minutes away and our fishing is very good....pro guides are available upon request.

Deer Lodge is located approximately 100 yards from the water. This new vacation rental home on Lake Winnipesaukee is 2300 square feet. The lodge has 4 bedrooms (1 king, 3 queens and 2 twin beds) plus 2 bathrooms. It makes a great family vacation with 2 living rooms, fireplace and 3 skylights. The house has a fully-equipped kitchen and harbors a dishwasher, plus washer and dryer. Deer Lodge vacation rental sleeps 8 to 10 guests.
Ask about our SPECIAL fishing package..."Catch a Whopper" at The Heritage Resort. Brett, our local guide, whom many of our guests have fished with, caught the second longest salmon in the WINNI DERBY this past May..... 24.5 inches long. Unfortunately, Brett's salmon was on the Weight Watchers Diet and did not have enough weight to win the $15,000 first prize boat.
Let us know if you want to fish the DERBY. It is lots of fun! 4 boats are given away along with over $60,000 in prizes.
Bass vacation rental has two large bedrooms (1 king, 1 double, 1 twin and a queen sleeper sofa bed) one bedroom with a picture window facing the lake. Great living room area plus the kitchen overlooks mountains and lake. Cabin comes with
full bath and sleeps 2-5 guests.
Watch your kids from the deck of your Lake Winnipesaukee lodge while they trampoline, swim, ski, sail, kayak, canoe, fish, or join them yourself. Land sports available also...volleyball, badminton courts, batting cage and a playfield. The maximum number of guests that we can take per week is 24. So, family reunions and wedding parties have to be limited unless you book two or more resorts in our area.
